— Know Before You Play

01 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use Krykia, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception. These are not optional — they are conditions of access to the platform.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be registering as an individual, not on behalf of a company or third party.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended Krykia account.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list that applies to the Krykia platform.

Krykia reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. If you cannot verify your identity when requested, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until verification is complete. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

02 Account Security and Responsibility

Your Krykia account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Krykia will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

• Do not share your account credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Do not allow anyone else to access or use your Krykia account.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact Krykia support immediately.
• Krykia will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel.

Krykia recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account for additional security. This is available in your account settings and takes less than two minutes to set up. Any bets placed or transactions made while your account is logged in are considered authorised by you unless you have reported a security breach to Krykia support before those actions occurred.

03 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

Krykia processes all deposits and withdrawals through bKash and Nagad. These are the only accepted payment methods on the platform. Deposits are credited to your Krykia balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ৳50.

• Withdrawals are processed to the same bKash or Nagad account used for the most recent deposit.
• Krykia does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees charged by your payment provider are outside Krykia's control.
• Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing.
• Krykia reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if fraud or bonus abuse is suspected.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account level.

All transactions on Krykia are recorded and monitored. If a deposit is made in error or a technical issue causes an incorrect credit to your account, Krykia reserves the right to reverse that transaction. You must not use funds that have been credited in error — doing so may result in account suspension.

04 Bonuses and Promotions

Krykia offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion details at the time the offer is made.

• Bonuses are credited to your account automatically or upon request, depending on the promotion type.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus.
• Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are met will be removed from your account along with any associated winnings.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device.
• Krykia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Free spins and free bet bonuses are subject to the same wagering rules unless stated otherwise.

Bonus abuse is taken seriously on Krykia. This includes — but is not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bonus funds in a way designed to exploit low-risk wagering strategies, or coordinating with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially. Any account found to be abusing bonuses will be suspended immediately, and all bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.

05 Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the Krykia platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are determined entirely by these systems and cannot be influenced by Krykia, the game provider, or any player. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published in the game information section of the Krykia lobby.

• All game results are final once confirmed by the game server. Results cannot be reversed except in cases of verified technical error.
• If a game disconnects mid-round, the round result will be determined by the game server and applied to your account when you reconnect.
• Krykia is not responsible for losses caused by your internet connection dropping during gameplay.
• In the event of a technical error that affects a game outcome, Krykia will investigate and apply a resolution that is fair to all affected players. The decision of the Krykia team in these cases is final.
• Bets placed after a game round has officially closed will be voided and stakes returned.

Krykia monitors gameplay patterns to detect unusual activity. If your account shows patterns consistent with the use of automated tools, exploits, or collusion, your account will be suspended pending investigation. Krykia's determination in these cases is final, and accounts found to have violated fair play rules will be permanently closed.

06 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Krykia platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with the platform or play games.
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live casino or multiplayer games.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits.
• Attempting to launder money or use Krykia for any illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Krykia staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access parts of the Krykia platform that are not intended for player access.

07 Responsible Gaming

Krykia is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform offers a range of tools that players can use to manage their gaming activity. These tools are available directly from your account settings and can be activated at any time without needing to contact support.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control how much you spend.
• Session Reminders: Set time alerts that notify you how long you have been playing.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Krykia platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-ups that show your session duration and net gaming activity.

08 Account Suspension and Termination

Krykia reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reason to believe that the account has been used in violation of these Terms. Reasons for suspension or termination include but are not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, abuse, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 06.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant.
• Breach of any clause within these Terms and Conditions.

If your account is suspended, you will be notified by email. If the suspension is the result of a suspected violation, your balance may be held pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no violation occurred, your balance will be released and your account reinstated. If a violation is confirmed, your balance may be forfeited in full.

You may also choose to close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting Krykia support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered bKash or Nagad account, provided all wagering requirements on active bonuses have been met.

09 Limitation of Liability

Krykia provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to keep the platform running smoothly and securely, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Krykia will not be liable for:

• Losses caused by internet connectivity issues on your end during gameplay.
• Losses caused by third-party payment provider delays or errors.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance or technical issues.

In all cases, Krykia's maximum liability to any individual player is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in that player's account at the time the issue occurred. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted under applicable rules.

10 Changes to These Terms

Krykia reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

Continued use of the Krykia platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any changes to the Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

For significant changes that materially affect player rights or obligations, Krykia will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification before the changes take effect.
